Terrence Evans, Actor in 'Terminator 2' and 'Star Trek,' Dies at 81

His television credits include 'Little House on the Prairie,' 'The Dukes of Hazzard,' 'The Golden Girls' and 'Star Trek.'

Terrence Evans, who appeared in Terminator 2, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Star Trek, died Aug. 7. He was 81.

The 6-foot-6 actor, whose work spanned more than four decades, died Friday in Burbank, the Studio Talent Group said in a release.

His film credits include Pale Rider, Terminator 2, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Chain Letter and Bigfoot the Movie.

Among his television appearances, Evans could be seen in Little House on the Prairie, The Dukes of Hazzard, The Golden Girls, Star Trek (Deep Space Nine and Voyager), ER, Las Vegas and Cold Case.

Evans was a Carnegie Mellon graduate and longtime SAG-AFTRA member.

He is survived by two children, two step-children, one grandson and his wife, Heidi.
