TF1 snaps up games publisher Dujardin

PARIS -- TF1 has acquired a 100% stake in games publisher Dujardin, TF1 Enterprises said Wednesday.

Dujardin, which generated revenue of €6 million ($8.3 million) in 2006, is the leading board games company in France, with a catalog of more than 200 games.

The acquisition will boost TF1 Games' sales while TF1 will add its marketing and development savvy to Dujardin's well-known "1000 Bornes" brand through its TF1 Licenses subsidy.
