Frozen Peach Bellini; inspired by Call Me by Your Name
3 cups frozen peach slices
1 cup mango nectar
Your favorite champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine
Method: Blend peach slices and mango nectar until smooth and fill champagne flute until half-full. Top with champagne/prosecco/sparkling wine and garnish with peach slices.
Dark 'n' Stormy; inspired by Darkest Hour
2 parts ginger beer
1 part dark rum
Method: Pour ginger beer in a glass filled with ice, add the dark rum and the lime juice, and stir to combine. Add a lime wheel or wedge and enjoy.
Haze Gray & Underway; inspired by The Shape of Water
1 oz. gin
1 oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Creme de Violette
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Orange peel for garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel and enjoy!
Get Out Gimlet; inspired by Get Out
1½ oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
4-5 slices of cucumber
Method: Fill glass with ice. Add cucumber, fresh lime and simple syrup to a mixing tin. Muddle with three ice cubes until the cucumber is dissolved. Add ice to the mixing tin to fill it halfway. Shake gently and strain into iced glass and enjoy!

1 sugar cube
3 dashes orange bitters
¾ oz. Cocchi Americano
5 oz. prosecco
Method: Add sugar cube and bitters to wine glass. Top with Cocchi Americano and then prosecco.
1½ oz. Don Julio Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Pimm’s The Original No. 1 Cup
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
2 ounces tonic water
Sliced cucumber and borage flowers for garnish
Method: Combine Don Julio Blanco, Pimm’s, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Gently shake and roll in tonic water. Pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish: Wrap thin cucumber slice around inside of glass and top with borage flowers.
