Tom Hanks cooks, dances on Univision morning show (Video)
Hanks overcomes the language barrier with humor while promoting "Larry Crowne."
If Larry Crowne is anything like Tom Hanks’ recent television appearances, people should start lining up at the theaters now.
Most recently, the actor appeared on Univision’s Spanish language morning show “Despierta America” to promote the new film, which he directed, co-wrote, produced and stars in. In addition to a translated over Q&A session, Hanks also lends a hand in the kitchen for a cooking segment and busted a move while reporting the weather. All in a days work.
“Gotta love Univision!” he later tweeted. “What a fun hour that was, peppers for breakfast! Que bueno! Hanx.”
Watch two of the segments in the videos below. Larry Crowne opens nationwide July 1st.
