Emmys: Tony Hale Wins Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series

Andy Samberg hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Tony Hale took home the Emmy for supporting actor in a comedy series for his performance in Veep at Sunday night's ceremony.

Hale beat out Andre Braugher (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Adam Driver (Girls), Keegan-Michael Key (Key & Peele), Ty Burrell (Modern Family) and Tituss Burgess (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) to win the award.

When the comedy actor got to the stage, his first instinct was to check his pants zipper. After ensuring that he was not guilty of a most serious fashion faux pas, he went on to thank the Veep writers and his co-stars.

The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Andy Samberg, took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
