Tori Spelling Sues Benihana Over Third-Degree Burns From Hibachi Grill

Tori Spelling is suing Benihana after allegedly sustaining severe burns in April when she fell on a grill in Los Angeles.

The actress filed a personal injury lawsuit against the hibachi chain on Wednesday. According to court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Spelling claims she slipped and fell at a Benihana restaurant in Encino, sustaining "deep second and third degree burn injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery."

According to Spelling, she suffered medical expenses, wage loss, general damage and loss of earning capacity.

Spelling is seeking unspecified damages.
