Toronto 2011: E1 Takes U.K. Rights to 'Hooligans,' Multiple Territories on 'Devil's Bridge'

E1 will bow the indie horror title "Devil's Bridge" in U.K., Scandinavia and Australia/New Zealand.

TORONTO - eOne has picked up two indie titles as the market in Toronto kicks off, grabbing U.K. rights to soccer expose Hooligans from Stealth Media group and rights for the U.K., Scandinavia, and Australia & New Zealand for British horror title Devil's Bridge from first-timer Chris Crow.

Hooligans, which promises a no-holds barred look at the corrupt underside of professional soccer, is currently in pre-production and will deliver in Q2 2012, just in time for the European Cup Championships. Devil's Bridge stars Joseph Millson as one of a group of friends who are hunted by a insane Welsh farmer, played by Martyn Ellis.
