'Groundhog Day' for the comedian's fans

It's not technically Groundhog Day, but it might feel like it on Sept. 5 at the Toronto Film Festival.

The festival will pay tribute to Bill Murray by screening several of his films, including the world premiere of his new comedy, St. Vincent, on Bill Murray Day.

Stripes, Groundhog Day and Ghostbusters will also screen starting at 10 a.m.

The Canadian festival will give 50 fans who attend those screenings a ticket to his latest film with Melissa McCarthy.

Theodore Melfi's St. Vincent sees Murray play a Brooklyn curmudgeon who befriends the son of a single mom (McCarthy) and encourages mischief.

The Toronto Film Festival is set to run from Sept. 4-14.
