Five people died including financier Moises SabaMEXICO CITY -- Moises Saba, a financier and former board member at Mexican network TV Azteca, died in a helicopter crash on Sunday night outside Mexico City.
Five people were killed in the accident, including three of Saba's family members and the pilot. Investigators believe the pilot lost control of the aircraft while maneuvering through an area draped in thick fog.
Saba, 46, was a venture capital investor for Mexican network TV Azteca and he served as a board member for many years thereafter. He also had interests in Unefon, a wireless phone unit owned by Azteca's parent company, but sold his stake in 2007.
President Felipe Calderon sent condolences to Saba's surviving family.
