CBS is swapping its struggling 1970s relationship drama "Swingtown" with its struggling police drama "Flashpoint." Starting this week, "Flashpoint" will air in the former "Swingtown" slot of 10 p.m. Thursdays and "Swingtown" will shift to 10 p.m. Fridays. The second episode of "Flashpoint" dropped 21% on Friday (1.5 rating/5 share in adults 18-49), and the most recent episode of "Swingtown" on Thursday performed similarly (1.6/5).


NATPE unveiled additional speakers, panelists and Pitch Pit catchers for its three-day LATV Festival, July 30-Aug. 1. Day 1 is Digital Day and will feature speakers from YouTube, RDF USA, Yahoo and AOL TV; on content-focused Day 2, WMA's John Ferriter will deliver a keynote, producer Chuck Lorre will conduct a masterclass and Fox Sports chairman David Hill will dissect a live sporting event; Day 3 Pitch Pit catchers include reps from BET, BBC, Fremantle, Hearst and Scott Sternberg Prods.


Denver-based Starz is offering a "getaway from the convention hubbub" during the Democratic National Convention in the Mile High City next month. The Starz Green Room will offer screenings of Starz series and movies from sibling Overture Films as well as topical panels and refreshments for attendees.
