BERLIN -- Children's production and distribution house TV-Loonland has closed a series of international deals for its new animated series "Leon," with the show about an unlucky lion virtually selling out in Europe's major territories.

Super RTL in Germany, CBBC in the U.K., Disney Spain and Sweden's TV4 all have picked up "Leon," a 52X3 minute co-production between Loonland, Studio Hari and France 3. In Asia, "Leon" has gone to Global TV Indonesia and ABC Australia has acquired home video rights for Down Under.

"Leon" also has sold out across most of Central Europe and Scandinavia. The show is currently in production for a Christmas delivery.
