Two PR execs upped at Warner Bros. TV

Scott Rowe, Tammy Golihew named to senior vp posts

Warner Bros. Television is giving expanded roles to two senior communications executives, promoting Scott Rowe and Tammy Golihew.

Rowe, a 16-year studio veteran, has been named to the newly created position of senior vp worldwide communications. He will be responsible for overseeing Warner Bros. TV Group's domestic and international communications -- including consumer and trade press covering cable and syndication distribution, executives and marketing.

"Scott is passionate about television, he gets what we do, and he knows intuitively how to generate media attention around our consumer initiatives and business objectives," said Lisa Gregorian, executive vp and chief marketing officer at Warner Bros. TV Group. "We'll look to tap Scott's expertise in communications and longstanding relationships with the media to help us get our messaging out as broadly, effectively and engagingly as possible."

Golihew, who joined the studio four years ago, will continue to oversee consumer and trade publicity at Warner Bros. TV, directing the activities of TV publicity staff and working closely with producers and programming executives.

"Tammy's promotion is remarkably well-deserved," said Peter Roth, president of Warner Bros. TV. "She has a terrific business acumen which, combined with her publicity experience and great relationships with our shows and network partners, has delivered strong results."
