Take-Two selling games distrib'n biz

Synnex buying James of All Games unit for about $43 million

Take-Two Interactive Software said Monday that it will sell its Jack of All Games distribution business to Synnex for about $43 million.

As a result, the company slashed its fiscal 2010 revenue guidance to up to $910 million versus an earlier forecast of up to $1.2 billion.

Shares of Take-Two rose 5% in the regular session but were down as much as 4% in after-hours trading when it issued its new guidance.
