U.K. distributor Network in the 'Know'

Robert Carlyle stars as undercover agent

More Berlinale coverage

BERLIN -- U.K. indie distributor and publisher Network Releasing has snared TV, theatrical and home entertainment rights to Justin Kerrigan's sophomore movie "I Know You Know," which screens at the Berlin International Film Festival.

The movie stars Robert Carlyle as a highly charged undercover agent and is about the changing relationship between him and his son, played by Aaron Fuller.

Filmed in Wales and based on a script about Kerrigan's relationship with his own father, the picture is produced by Sally Hibbin.

Network managing director Tim Beddows said his company plans to roll the picture out in U.K. theaters in the fall of this year.

"It will be one of our key film releases this year and demonstrates our commitment to independent cinema," Beddows said.

The film is repped for worldwide sales by the Little Film Co. and financed by Wales Creative IP Fund and the Film Agency for Wales in association with Limelight VCT, the Post Republic and Screen East.

"You Know" is a Parallax East Picture in association with Three Hills.
