U.K. news reporter/political satirist Jonathan Pie goes off the rails in his latest video, where he exclaims the reason for Donald Trump's recent presidential election win as well as Brexit is due to the actions of the left, with which he identifies. The video focuses on how politics is full of persuasion, labels and arguments and should be more about discussions bringing together those with opposing views.

In the video, which has racked up more than 20 million views on Facebook, Tom Walker, who goes by the stage name Jonathan Pie, is shown as an exasperated news reporter who goes off script while expressing why President-elect Trump beat Hillary Clinton in an Electoral College victory. Pie has a series of videos on what is described as "brutally honest views on the world of politics" on his Facebook page.

"Not everyone that voted for Trump is a sexist or a racist," says Pie in the video "President Trump. How and Why?" "How many times does the vote not have to go our way before we realize that our argument isn't won by hurling labels and insults? When will we learn that the key is discussion? If you are unwilling to discuss, then you are creating the conditions in which Donald Trump and people like him can thrive."

"Stop thinking that everyone who disagrees with you is evil, or racist or sexist or stupid and talk to them," Pie added. "Persuade them otherwise because if you don’t, I’ll tell you what you get. You get President Trump."
