United International Pictures to Distribute Warner Bros. Films in Central America

Miguel Joseph will replace industry veteran Jose Victoria as head.

MEXICO CITY -- United International Pictures has inked a deal to distribute Warner Bros. Pictures theatrical releases in Central America beginning next year.

Miguel Joseph, currently general manager of Warner Bros. Pictures in Central America, has been tapped to head up UIP Central America come January, replacing industry veteran Jose Victoria.

UIP reached a similar agreement last year to handle Warner Bros. titles here in Mexico, Latin America's top market in terms of boxoffice revenue.
