MOSCOW -- United Media Holding is getting into Russian television content production. The company recently acquired Russian production studio Make Art, which produces educational and entertainment content for Russia's major federal TV companies, including the state-run VGTRK, as well as TNT, Stolitsa and MTV Russia.
