The psychological thriller bowed at the Cannes Film Festival and will be released by the studio's home entertainment group.

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has picked up the Kristen Stewart-starrer Personal Shopper, which reteams her with Sils Maria director Olivier Assayas, for a number of international territories.

UPHE will be releasing the movie in theaters, on DVD, digital download and TV in Scandinavia, Latin America and Eastern Europe, among other markets.

Personal Shopper received a four-and-a-half-minute standing ovation at the psychological thriller's recent premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.

Stewart and Assayas' previous outing earned the Hollywood actress a Cesar award, France's equivalent to the Oscar.

MK2 is handling international sales on Personal Shopper. Assayas penned the English-language script for Personal Shopper, which takes place in a fashion fantasy world.
