Maybe there's something to the 'Bachelor' method afterall.

UnREAL, Lifetime's critically acclaimed drama about the inner-workings of a reality-TV dating show, has just produced its first IRL engagement.

Freddie Stroma, 29, who played wayward dreamboat Adam Cromwell on UnREAL's The Bachelor spoof, "Everlasting," and Johanna Braddy, 28, who starred as love-hungry contestant Anna Martin, are officially engaged, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

It appears that a show meant to exploit the misleading and manipulative nature of TV dating just so happens to be the perfect backdrop for real-life romance. Even though Adam and Anna weren't destined for love, Stroma and Braddy, who met on the set, have been going strong since August 2015.

Since the first season wrapped (neither are set to return to the show's second season, which debuts June 6) Braddy landed the role of Shelby Wyatt on ABC's Quantico. Stroma, too, will be an ABC star, snagging a role in the new drama Time After Time.
