Usher Teaches James Corden Dance Moves, Sings the Hits on 'Carpool Karaoke'

Usher finally found his way into the carpool lane: "I thought you'd never call."

Usher brought some tunes, some moves and he rolled up his sleeves for his first Carpool Karaoke session with James Corden.

The R&B star appeared to hit it off with his British host and singing partner as they cruised Los Angeles for the latest round of the popular Late Late Show segment.

The pair belted through Usher's catalog, from "Yeah" to "Burn," "Mama," "I Don't Mind" and "OMG," and Corden quizzed his guest about his fabled dancing talents. Was there ever a time when Usher wasn't a great dancer?

It was a leading question that gave Corden the opportunity to present his own moves. Those shapes he cuts when he's "popping bottles in a club" (his words). So the pair pulled into a carpark and Usher started teaching some lessons in movement with OutKast's "So Fresh, So Clean" pumping out the stereo.

With Corden calling the shots, the pair stopped by Usher's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. "I just find it odd. You work all of these years as hard as you can only to have people walk over you as a star," the singer remarked. There's no dirt on that star, not with the work Usher and Corden put into cleaning it.

The hard work didn't stop there. Corden and Usher played good Samaritans as they got out and pushed a stalled sports car off the road. "I had no idea when I got in your car that I'd end up pushing cars or cleaning my star," Usher said. No doubt Corden had it all mapped out.
