'Veep' Star Anna Chlumsky Signs With WME (Exclusive)
She's received five straight Emmy nominations for her role in the HBO comedy favorite.
Veep's Anna Chlumsky has signed with WME, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned. She was previously with Innovative.
As Selina Meyer's beleaguered deputy chief of staff, Amy Brookheimer, Chlumsky has earned five straight Emmy nominations for best supporting actress in a comedy, as well as a Critics' Choice nomination in 2016. The HBO series earned its third straight Emmy for best comedy on Sunday.
Although Veep concluded its sixth season in June, Chlumsky can currently be seen on the fourth and final season of AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire. Her other credits include The End of the Tour, In the Loop (from Veep creator Armando Iannucci) and My Girl.
On Broadway, Chlumsky made her debut in 2015 in the farce You Can't Take It With You, then followed up with the original play Living on Love, opposite Renee Fleming, that same year.
Chlumsky continues to be represented by Liebman Entertainment and Schreck Rose.
