Authorities have asked the Chinese government to take down the doctored viral video, which also shows the North Korean leader kung fu fighting President Obama.

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un was the target of more ridicule on Chinese social media this week as a video showing the leader's head atop the bodies of people dancing and performing kung fu went viral.

The video, created by a Chinese man named Zhang from Suzhou, who reportedly studied at Kyognggi University in South Korea, shows Kim Jong Un's head affixed to the bodies of people dancing to techno, getting knocked out by President Barack Obama, being pushed into a swimming pool and dancing through a field hand-in-hand with Osama bin Laden

South Korean newspaper Chosun Ilbo reported that North Korean authorities were so concerned that the video "seriously compromises Kim's dignity and authority," that they asked the Chinese government to take it down. The Chinese government was unable to oblige, says Chosun Ilbo

The North Korean leadership recently took issue with the Seth Rogen-James Franco film The Interview, vowing that the comedy would "invite a strong and merciless countermeasure." The Sony-produced film is set to be released in October and stars Franco and Rogen as a talk show host and his producer who head to North Korea for an exclusive interview with Kim Jong Un but are then tasked by the CIA to kill the dictator.
