VIDEO: Larry King's Standup Debut on 'The Tonight Show'

The retired CNN host told The Hollywood Reporter last week his second act would be in comedy.

Larry King just stepped down from his CNN show last week, but he's already moved on to his next career: comedy.

King made his standup debut on The Tonight Show Monday night. Jay Leno joked he was introducing "the bright young comedy styling of Larry King."

"Remember, I tell stories, long stories… so if you're watching to book me, I tell stories…" King said, while launching into two long jokes. (He even lauded himself with a "bada-bump" after telling one punch line.)
