The Voice Finale Part 2 - H 2015

The NBC show returns for its ninth season on Sept. 21.

NBC's The Voice won the Emmy for outstanding reality-competition program at Sunday night's ceremony.

The Voice beat out CBS' The Amazing Race, ABC's Dancing With the Stars, Lifetime's Project Runway, Fox's So You Think You Can Dance and Bravo's Top Chef to take home the award. Producer Mark Burnett and host Carson Daly were among the cast and crew members to take the stage and accept the award.

This is the third Emmy award the The Voice has won. Judges Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams will kick off season nine of the hit show on Monday night.

The 67th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Andy Samberg, took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday.
