Ware's 'Wake Up' stirs Fox Atomic
EmptyScribe Justin Ware has dialed into a project with Fox Atomic, selling the label an original pitch titled "Wake Up Call." "Smallville" creators Al Gough and Miles Millar are on board to produce.
The project -- a high-concept comedy along the lines of "Wedding Crashers" -- becomes the fifth that Ware has penned that is either in development or production, including "Adrenaline," "Amazing Girls," "Handymen" and the recently wrapped "American Summer."
Recent projects for Gough and Millar include penning the screenplay for "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor," set for release in the summer.
Ware is represented by the Gersh Agency. Gough and Millar are repped by WMA.
