Warner, Paramount team for Elvis anni promo


Warner Home Video and Paramount Home Entertainment are teaming up for a massive DVD promotion to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Elvis Presley's death on Aug. 16. The studios on Aug. 7 are releasing 24 of the late rock icon's films, including a six-pack from Warner that has never before been available on DVD -- "Elvis: The Hollywood Connection," consisting of "Charro!," "Girl Happy," "Kissin' Cousins," "Live a Little, Love a Little," "Stay Away, Joe" and "Tickle Me." Also new to DVD: "This Is Elvis," a posthumous documentary directed by Andrew Solt and Malcolm Leo.
