The final presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden will take place on Thursday, moderated by NBC journalist and White House correspondent Kristen Welker.

Held at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, the 90-minute debate will include topics relevant to the 2020 election such as fighting COVID-19, American families, race in America, climate change, national security and leadership.

The debate will be presented in six 15-minute segments and air at 6 p.m. PT on all major networks including ABC, CNN, CBS, C-SPAN, Fox, PBS, Telemundo and Univision, as well as livestreams via those channels on YouTube.

As one of the debate commission's new rules, Trump and Biden will have their microphones muted while the other participant gives their two-minute answers, in order to prevent people speaking over one another as occurred at the first debate. In accordance with safety guidelines related to COVID-19, Trump and Biden will once again be socially distanced onstage.

This is the final debate before election day on Nov. 3.
