John Stamos is hosting the event, which streams starting at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

A slew of stars are helping to celebrate Jerry Lee Lewis' 85th birthday on Tuesday night.

Former President Bill Clinton, Elton John, Bonnie Raitt, Drew Carey, Willie Nelson, Nancy Wilson, Ringo Starr and more luminaries are set to honor the singer-songwriter in Whole Lotta Celebratin' Goin' On: 85 Years of the Killer.

John Stamos is hosting the event, which is airing at 8 p.m. ET on Lewis' official Facebook and YouTube channels and JerryLeeLewis.com.

Other stars scheduled to take part include Andy Grammer, Billy F Gibbons, Brenda Lee, Chris Isaak, Chris Janson, Freda Payne, Gavin DeGraw, Jacob Tolliver, James Burton, Jerry Kennedy, Jerry Phillips, Jimmy Swaggart, Joe Walsh, John Fogerty, Keith Richards, Kris Kristofferson, Lee Ann Womack, Linda Gail Lewis, Lindsay Ell, Marty Stuart, Mickey Gilley, The Beach Boys' Mike Love, Peyton Manning, Priscilla Presley, Randy Houser, Ronnie Wood, Tanya Tucker, Tom Jones and Wink Martindale along with appearances from Lewis' road band, Kenny Lovelace, Ray Gann and Kenny Aronoff.

Lewis, a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's first class of inductees, has received awards including a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Recording Academy's Lifetime Achievement Award.

The event will benefit World Vision, a Christian organization working to help communities lift themselves out of poverty. It's being produced and directed by Zach Farnum/117 Entertainment in association with Jeff Franklin and Tisha Fein.
