Watch Tom Cruise Take The Ice Bucket Challenge — Over and Over Again

Mission Impossible Ice Bucket challenge - H 2014

Just like the 'Mission: Impossible' sequels, the buckets just keep coming

Tom Cruise and Mission: Impossible 5 director Chris McQuarrie have just upped the game for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

Rather than a measly single bucket, the pair had bucket after bucket of ice water poured on them, taking the hits for Mission: Impossible cast and crew who had been challenged but were not there to join them.

Pan stars Hugh Jackman, Rooney Mara, and Garrett Hedlund challenged the Mission: Impossible team Monday. In turn, Cruise and McQuarrie challenged Paramount execs Adam Goodman and Brad Grey, as well as Skydance's David Ellison. In other words, they are asking their Mission: Impossible bosses to dump ice water on themselves.

The Ice Bucket Challenge has been all the rage online, with people being dared to dump buckets of ice water on themselves — or to make $100 donations to The ALS Association within 24 hours. It's all to raise awareness for Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS).

Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot was among the recent stars to join the fun, as did the staff at WME. Check out Cruise and McQuarrie's take below.
