Grammys: The Weeknd Performs "Can't Feel My Face" and "In the Night"

Ariana Grande introduced the artist to the stage.

The Weeknd opened up his performance with "Can't Feel My Face" at the 58th annual Grammy Awards on Monday night. The artist, who was introduced to the stage by Ariana Grande, danced in front of a bright LED-lit set before slowing things down to sing a stripped-down version of "In the Night" backed by both a pianist and cellist. 

The pop star has a total of seven Grammy nominations including album of the year (Beauty Behind the Madness) and record of the year ("Can't Feel My Face"). He is already a winner on the night for best contemporary album (Beauty Behind the Madness) and best R&B performance for "Earned It."

The Weeknd also has nabbed a best song Oscar nomination for "Earned It" from the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack.

Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Sam Hunt also performed at the LL Cool J-hosted 58th annual Grammy Awards, airing live on CBS from Staples Center in Los Angeles.
