WHV taps veteran Dyde for int'l team


LONDON -- Warner Home Video has hired former Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and SuperComm executive Chris Dyde as its new senior vp international licensee markets.

Dyde will be based in London and will spearhead business development and licensing agreements for Warner Home Video's EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America territories.

While at Sony, Dyde served as vp EMEA Licensing.

"Chris' experience working with licensees around the world make him the perfect choice for this new post," Warner Home Video's president international Philippe Cardon said. "He will be an incredible addition to our team."
