The agency revealed what it described as its largest-ever partner class.

After cutting pay company-wide in April, WME's parent firm Endeavor is planning on restoring salaries as of January 2021. The Beverly Hills-based talent agency is also unveiling a slew of new promotions, including 25 new partners.

The pay cuts had been implemented weeks after Hollywood went into a months-long production shutdown beginning in mid-March. Endeavor disclosed 83 permanent layoffs in Beverly Hills in April and 110 staff cuts in June, according to filings with California's Employment Development Department.

Other major talent firms — including CAA, UTA, ICM and Paradigm — underwent layoffs as the industry halted earlier this year.

On Wednesday, WME revealed what it described as its largest partner class. “We are proud to recognize our new partners who come from many different groups throughout WME but each share the same common threads: they are passionate advocates for artists; take an entrepreneurial approach to their business; and have distinguished themselves as leaders both within and outside the agency,” stated Lloyd Braun, Endeavor Client Group president and chairman of WME.

Braun added: “As our industry undergoes unprecedented changes, the different perspectives of these individuals will be invaluable in guiding our clients and colleagues into the future.”
