Show's winner sings duet with Beyonce

LONDON -- Talent shows continue to pull in the biggest audiences on screens here, with the finale of Simon Cowell-fronted "The X-Factor" earning its highest-ever audience of 14.6 million viewers on Saturday night, according to figures from ratings agency Barb.

The show, which saw 20-year old Alexandra Burke crowned winner and sing a duet with Beyonce, won 53% of the watching audience and 64% of 16-34s when the fifth season came to a tearful finale, making it the most-watched entertainment show in Britain in the past five years.
