As Beyonce and Nicki Minaj would say, "I'm feelin' myself."

For most, the chameleonic Zendaya can do no wrong. The singer-slash-actress-slash-designer who also happens to be a talented makeup artist kills it everywhere she goes. But there were a few fans who thought her latest move was perhaps a bit inappropriate.

The subject of controversy: the starlet's Wonderland magazine summer Issue cover, which depicts her in a girly white Simone Rocha dress, paired with socks, sitting on a chair with one hand at her chest, and the other resting between her legs. To boot, she’s arching backward and her eyes are closed peacefully.

Zendaya’s response to the haters via Instagram was a simple parenthetical: "I see what y’all saying by the hand placement lmao but that was not intentional you little pervs," followed by three smiling-crying emojis. Clearly she’s not too bothered. When the magazine shared the cover, they called out the Zen nature of the scene, photographed by Petra Collins and styled by Gary Armstrong. To us it just looks dreamy. What do you think?
