Jeffrey Katzenberg is making the best of a broken arm from his Oct. 19 car accident in Beverly Hills by having fun with the color of his cast, replaced weekly.

The DreamWorks Animation CEO wore a pink cast for the GLSEN Respect Awards on Oct. 23; red for his Oct. 30 American Cinematheque honor and a trip to China; gold for the Nov. 14 Governors Awards; and blue for the late-October birth of his first grandson.

Katzenberg injured his arm and his wrist when his Tesla electric car was in an accident at an intersection along Sunset Boulevard. His car was totaled, and he had to undergo surgery. “It was pretty bad. It was a big surgery and not fun," he previously told THR.

Katzenberg even had plans to look into a black-and-white cast to mark DWA's Kung Fu Panda 3 premiere in January, but he'll likely be cast-free by then.
