Endemol Shine Sells Producer of Netflix’s ‘Dark’ to KKR’s Leonine
New German group Leonine, owned by private equity giant KKR, has agreed to acquire TV production company W&B TV, which is behind Netflix series 'Dark', from Endemol Shine Group. Company heads Max Wiedemann and Quirin Berg will become chief business development officer and chief production officer at Leonine.
