CAA has commenced arbitration against three agents who defected from the agency to UTA.

The breach of contract claims against Nick Nuciforo, Jason Heyman and Martin Lesak are the expected progression from the lawsuit CAA filed Thursday against UTA and former agents Gregory Cavic and Gregory McKnight.

Heyman, Lesak and Nuciforo are alleged in the lawsuit to have been under contract to CAA when they resigned Thursday to join UTA, with arbitration provisions in at least one of their contracts.

UTA declined to comment.
