Kevin Spacey is being sued by an anonymous massage therapist who says he was forced to grab the actor's genitals twice during a massage at a private residence in Malibu.

John Doe is being represented by noted sexual harassment attorney Genie Harrison and is suing for battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

Doe claims in October 2016 he arrived at a residence for a massage and was greeted by Spacey, who led him to an upstairs room and then locked the door behind them.

The actor allegedly told the masseur he was having some discomfort in his groin and laid down on the table facing up. Spacey later forced the man's hand to his testicles, according to the complaint. The massage continued until Spacey allegedly forced the masseur to rub his genitals again.

Doe claims he jumped back in shock and the actor then complimented his eyes, tried to kiss him and offered him oral sex. The massage therapist says he had to ask Spacey to let him leave several times before the actor stopped blocking his way out.

The massage therapist also says he filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department about the incident. The L.A. District Attorney's Office earlier this month announced it declined to pursue charges against Spacey in a different matter, because it happened in 1992 and was outside of the statute of limitations.
