Warner Bros. Taps O'Melveny & Myers Partner As Deputy General Counsel

Mark Easton, a partner in the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny & Myers, has been named deputy general counsel of Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Warners' GC John Rogovin made the announcement this morning. Easton, a Harvard Law grad who has handled all kinds of big-ticket transactions, will start in May.

“Mark is one of the preeminent transactional lawyers in the country with broad legal experience and knowledge of our businesses,” Rogovin said in a statement.  “His seasoned skill set and tactical approach will make him a terrific deputy general counsel and a great addition to our team.”
