Michael Patrick King's 2 Broke Girls has been renewed for its fourth season on CBS, where it could earn a boost from syndication on TBS -- where it joins monster hit The Big Bang Theory.

The network on Thursday officially renewed 2 Broke Girls as well as Mike & Molly and Mom, all of which hail from Warner Bros. Television. The pickups come a day after word leaked that Chuck Lorre comedies Mike & Molly and Mom would return for their respective sixth and third seasons.

For its part, 2 Broke Girls — which begins its syndicated run later this year on TBS — will return for its fifth season. This season, the Monday staple starring Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, has anchored the night at 8 p.m. with an average of 9.58 million total viewers — up 3 percent in the slot year-over-year versus the final run of How I Met Your Mother.
Of CBS’ comedy lineup, only midseason rookie The Odd Couple awaits word on its fate — and the Thursday entry starring Matthew Perry has been a solid performer following The Big Bang Theory, the latter of which is already renewed through season 10.
CBS next will have to make decisions about its jam-packed drama roster, where bubble series including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation await word on their futures.
