Season Finale Scheduler: Your Guide to What Ends When

Season-finale time is nearly upon us as the broadcast networks prep the calendars to close out the 2012-13 television season. All five broadcast networks have released their schedules for what ends when and how, with multiple networks again setting special sendoffs for scripted and unscripted entries alike.
