As The X Factor begins to wind down, Fox has released a nearly minute-long teaser for the 11th season of American Idol.
Thousands of screaming Idol hopefuls across the country as they begin their journey will certainly bring viewers back. “Is the next American Idol in this stadium?,” Ryan Seacrest asks an excited group. In the promo below, Steven Tyler gets close to a contender, while Jennifer Lopez declares to one auditioner that he’ll be a star.
Who will follow in the footeps of most recent champ Scotty McCreery?
American Idol returns Jan. 11 with judges Lopez, Randy Jackson, Tyler and host Seacrest.
