Courtesy of FOXAmerican Idol host Ryan Seacrest has revealed that every judge from the show’s past 14 years will return for the final season.
Seacrest made the announcement on the red carpet as the current panel — Harry Connick Jr., Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban — prepare to hear the finalists compete during Hollywood Week.
“I’ve spoken to all of them recently, and we as a team have talked to them about coming back to do something for the final season,” he told Access Hollywood. “They are going to do it, it’s just a matter of figuring out what to do with them.”
The Fox show’s former judges include Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Steven Tyler, Ellen DeGeneres and Kara DioGuardi.
