Courtesy of ABCThe newest season 11 promo of The Bachelorette dubs the next episode “Brokeback Bachelor” with a reveal that contestant Clint Arlis has fallen in love with another man — fellow contestant JJ Lane.
“We’ve grown very close to each other in the shower,” said Arlis.
The confession comes as a surprise after Arlis confirms in the promo to bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe, that the chemistry between the two of them is “100 percent” real. “Falling in love with a man has never crossed my mind,” said Arlis.
Contestant Joe Bailey also chimed in on his thoughts while observing the two contestants. He says in the video that “Clint and JJ are so into each other.”

Although the promo seems to build up the budding romance between the two men, a TMZ report citing sources states that the shower sharing is simply a bromance between ex-athletes.
Whether the romance is staged or not, Lane seems to be promoting his feelings for Clint. He posted a a picture on Instagram from his trip to Aspen with the caption,”The Maroon Bells/Aspen just isn’t the same without Clint.”
Viewers will have to tune in on Monday, June 1 to find out who Bristowe sends home, but Clint has already made it clear he would love to be the next to go.
“Kaitlyn is not the right girl for me,” said Arlis. “I love JJ, so I need the rose tonight.”
