Days after Alfonso Cuaron picked up a best director Oscar for the sci-fi blockbuster Gravity, NBC has a released a new promo for the series premiere of sci-fi drama Believe.
The clip — billed as the first two minutes of the series — starts with a prominent mention of Cuaron’s Academy Awards win. The show begins in horror movie fashion with an apparent family driving along a rainy and dark highway road at night before the drive goes terribly awry, including a horrific car crash spurred by mysterious pursuers.
