Good news for European fans itching to see Better Call Saul.
Netflix announced a premiere date of Monday, Feb. 9 for AMC’s Breaking Bad prequel, with the first episode available in Europe at 7 a.m. The release will be episodic, with the second episode available the following day (Feb. 10) with subsequent episodes available each Tuesday at 7 a.m, shortly after U.S. transmission.
Europeans get the added bonus of commercial-free broadcasts of Better Call Saul as well as the episodes very close to their U.S. air dates, which hasn’t always been the case with hit shows that have crossed the Atlantic in the past.
Better Call Saul follows the story of lawyer Saul Goodman six years before he meets Walter White. Show bosses Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould confirmed that neither Walter or Jesse Pinkman will appear in the first season.
