The Big Bang Theory tied its series low among adults 18-49 in Thursday’s ratings, although it still led the night’s non-sports programming.
Fox’s Thursday Night Football also took a hit, as it featured a lopsided game between two sub-.500 teams.
The Big Bang Theory drew a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic, matching a series low set in May. The rest of CBS’ lineup was fairly steady, with Young Sheldon (1.7), Mom (1.3), Murphy Brown (0.9) and SWAT (0.7) all at or within a tenth of a point of their week-ago numbers.
Fox’s numbers are subject to change because of the live NFL telecast, but vs. last week’s fast nationals, Denver’s 45-10 win over Arizona is down about 38 percent in viewers (6.59 million vs. 10.7 million) and adults 18-49 (2.1 vs. 3.4).
At ABC, Station 19 fell to a series-low 0.8 without Grey’s Anatomy as a lead-in. Halloween specials It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1.1) and Toy Story of Terror (0.8) filled the 8 o’clock hour. How to Get Away with Murder posted a 0.7, off slightly week to week.
At NBC, Will & Grace (0.9), I Feel Bad (0.6) and Law & Order: SVU (1.0) all ticked up. Superstore and The Good Place both held at 0.8. Supernatural matched the 0.5 for its premiere last week on The CW.
Fox led the network standings with a 2.1 rating in the 18-49 demo, pending updates. CBS finished second at 1.2, followed by NBC at 0.9 and ABC at 0.8. The CW averaged 0.4.
