Cash Cab host and comedian Ben Bailey has been tapped to host new NBC game show Who’s Still Standing?, NBC executive vice president, alternative programming Paul Telegdy announced Friday.
The series, based on the successful Israeli show Still Standing, centers on a single contestant who is competing to win up to $1 million by taking down each of their opponents in fast-paced trivia battles.
“Ben is clever, entertaining and a huge authority in the trivia world,” said Telegdy. “Through its questions, this series taps into so many areas of knowledge and consistently builds to a drop, so everyone at home will enjoy playing along.”
Bailey has hosted Discovery’s Cash Cab and Cash Cab: After Dark, winning a Daytime Emmy.
He is repped by Gersh.
