Chad Hodge is expanding his relationship with Good Behavior producers Tomorrow Studios.
The Good Behavior creator and showrunner has signed an overall deal with Marty Adelstein and ITV Studios’ Tomorrow Studios. Under the pact, Hodge will create and develop new series for the studio while also supervising development of other writers.
The pact expands Hodge’s relationship with Tomorrow Studios, the exec producers on TNT’s Good Behavior. The TNT drama, starring Michelle Dockery, remains in limbo at the Turner-owned cable network. The series wrapped its second season in December as the second-lowest rated original on the Kevin Reilly-led cabler.

“Chad combines being an amazing writer and the consummate showrunner with being a great person. After working together on Good Behavior, extending our relationship to an overall deal was essential as I couldn’t imagine him doing future projects with anyone else. He makes the very difficult task of running shows look easy and his taste in material is unsurpassed. We couldn’t be more excited about working with Chad,” said Adelstein.
Before Good Behavior, Hodge created and exec produced Fox’s Wayward Pines and NBC’s The Playboy Club. He also adapted The Darkest Minds for 20th Century Fox, which bowed this month in theaters.
“Marty and Becky [Clements, Tomorrow Studios president] are the creative partners every creator/showrunner dreams of having,” said Hodge. “After our collaboration on Good Behavior, I can’t imagine doing another series without them. I’ve never wanted to be tied to one studio until now. I’ve found my perfect home. It’s also important to me that each unique project finds the home it deserves, so the independent model of Tomorrow Studios is perfect because it allows us to sell anywhere.”
Tomorrow Studios counts scripted originals including Good Behavior, Amazon’s Hanna and TNT’s Snowpiercer.
Hodge is repped by WME and Fuller Law.
