Charlie Sheen could beat Barack Obama and Sarah Palin for president among partisan voters, according to a new report Public Policy Polling put together for the Wall Street Journal.
In a fictional matchup between Sheen and Palin, Democrats chose Sheen by a 44-24 margin. Sheen also wins against Palin among political independents by 41-36. In an Obama vs. Sheen election, Republicans choose the former Two and a Half Men star — who was fired for his bizarre antics — by a margin of 37-28.

In a general election, Palin leads Sheen 49-29 overall, and Obama tops him 57-24.
Public Policy Polling says that Sheen is one of the most unpopular figures they’ve ever polled on and that only 10 percent of Americans rate him favorably compared to 67 percent with a negative view on him.
The only figures with lower numbers are former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich (8/83 favorability spread), Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. of Illinois (10/73 favorability) and Bristol Palin’s ex Levi Johnston (a 6/72 favorability).
